Trips and Events

On Wednesday 31st January the School Council went to Uxbridge Civic Centre to meet the Mayor of Hillingdon. The School Council includes children from Year 1 to Year 6. We travelled via bus to Uxbridge. When we arrived we were welcomed by the Mayor and he answered lots of questions from the children and we were showed some historical artefacts. We then were invited into the council chambers where we had a mock debate about whether a school should be built on a greenland or not. The children really immersed themselves in this and were putting forward some brilliant points for both sides of the argument.
